As I said last week I am holding back $10 a week for meat and am using up our stock of frozen meat in our extra freezer. So I had 40 dollars to spend, but the sales were awful and even though I went to 2 grocery stores I only spent a total of $26.22. I purchased quite a bit of produce, 3 gallons of milk and a few extra items.
The past 4 weeks I spent a total of $160.29 and my grand total for the twelve weeks is $487.02. Out of the $600 I set aside for groceries I have not spent $112.98 of it! At some point I will need to purchase a large amount of meat and I will need to make a large order through Azure. But I am super proud for being able to spend less than the $50 per week. Yay!!
Here is the breakdown for Week #12
